2. What data we process

• Review details: link, business name, review text, star rating, selected reason – to check the review and prepare your package (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Email address: we receive it from the payment process. We use it to send you your access link and information about your order, and to ask after 30 days whether the report worked (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In addition, at most once a month we inform you about similar Star Rescuer services of our own (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; § 7 Abs. 3 UWG or Art. 21 Abs. 2 LSSI). You can object to this at any time – via the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us – without incurring any costs other than transmission costs at the basic rates.
• Access to your Business Profile (optional): If you invite us as a manager, we can see the data of your Google Business Profile. We use it only to carry out the commissioned reports and replies (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe; we only receive the payment confirmation and order reference (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Technical data: IP address, briefly, to protect against abuse (rate limiting); we store your consents with a timestamp and a shortened checksum as proof (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Recipients

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – hosting.
• Stripe – payment processing.
• Anthropic – AI processing of the review text to produce the assessment and the texts. This may involve a transfer to the USA, based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Our email service provider – sending emails.
• Google – only if you type a business name into the search field: retrieval of place suggestions (Google Places).

4. Storage period

We delete free checks after 30 days. If you object to emails with information about our services, we keep your address only on a suppression list so that you no longer receive such emails. We store data relating to paid orders and subscriptions for as long as necessary for the service, the money-back guarantee and statutory retention obligations.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given. Write to hello@dry-your-eyes.com. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
